Daniece Kern, BCBA, LBA

Daniece Kern, BCBA, LBA

Board Certified Behavioral Therapist

Daniece Kern serves as co-owner and a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Growing up in a large family, Daniece gained experience helping raise younger siblings, which lead to babysitting at a young age. She found a passion in taking care of children where she opened her own daycare. Later in life, she decided to become a teacher and set out to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development.  After initially pursing a career in teaching, she was assigned the majority of kids in the special education classroom. This further fanned her passion to work with special needs children and those needing behavioral help. Upon obtaining a Master’s degree in Special Education specializing in ABA, Daniece became licensed and accredited with the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BACB). She is dedicating her life to focus on helping children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder along with those in need of help. Daniece’s goal is to offer families of special needs children a positive alternative and committed support system to enhance each child’s quality of life.

At present, Tyler Kern is a co-owner and the lead office manager of Behavioral Achievements. He introduces constructive communication, adaptability, and positivity to the business environment. Tyler commenced his work life at the age of 16 as a supply stocker at a medium-sized accounting firm. Later, he was promoted to the position of administrative assistant, and then to IT help desk at the age of 18. His significant work experience and commitment to supporting his environment since his youth had aided in building a controlled ambiance at the workplace. Currently, Tyler is has completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. His next ambition is to earn his a Masters in Behavioral Analysis and obtain a BCBA accreditation.

Joshua Kern

Joshua Kern

Office Manager

As a co-owner, Joshua Kern is bringing his skillset to the clinic by providing his long time managerial experience paired with his rapidly developing knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis. While in the information technology field, Joshua gained over 25 years of management experience. Through continuous growth and staff development, he was able to successfully structure his department through consistent leadership, management of staff, maintaining budgetary constraints, in addition to consistent project management through the deployment of new technology. In addition, Joshua founded his own information technology consultation company in 2002. Beginning in 2020, Joshua began working with children with special needs. It was there he decided to change careers to match his passion. He has since begun schooling for his Masters in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Joshua has begun his supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) to allow for him to better enhance his talents on his path to board certification.

Kylee was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, helping her understand some of the needs of the community. Her background comes from a few years in the service industry. She has worked in places where customer service was required to be a top priority. She comes to the business to help fill a role at the front desk to add to our quality customer service. She has worked with children in the past, including those on the autism spectrum. She understands the importance of working with others who are neurodiverse and seeks to help service those in need. She enjoys teaching and working with the children by helping them to grow and loves seeing the smiling faces of the children we help as they come in for services each day.

Vanessa Aldama, RBT

Vanessa Aldama grew up in Los Angeles, California, and is the second oldest of her siblings. She enjoys spending her time with her family and traveling to new places.

Vanessa loves helping others and working with children. Her previous experience working with children includes babysitting and as a daycare and Pre-K teacher. One of the aspects she enjoys is witnessing the children grow and learn new things about themselves and their environment.

Vanessa decided to pursue her career as an RBT because she has always had a passion for working with children. Since becoming an RBT, she has decided that she would like to further her education within the ABA field.

Jessica Bailey grew up in a small town in Colorado.  She moved to Las Vegas in 1991, where she met and eventually married her husband, Clayton.  Jessica and Clayton have two children, Skyler, who is attending Cosmetology School, and Jacob, who is a senior in high school. 

Jessica began working as a Special Education Assistant in the CCSD Charter Schools.  This is where she met and worked with Daniece Kern, who introduced her to the world of ABA Therapy.  Jessica became an RBT and has followed Daniece through several job locations, ending with Behavioral Achievements, where being involved with the growth and improvement of children’s struggles is her priority.

Natasha Glenboski, RBT

Natasha Glenboski, RBT

Natasha originally hails from a small community in Rohnert Park, California. She moved to Las Vegas with a loved one to experience a different perspective. Natasha is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada to obtain her associate degree in criminal justice. Driven by her passion for helping others, she has committed to becoming a social worker for foster children. She is determined to help the community in Nevada while also providing a voice to children who find it difficult to speak for themselves.

At her previous place of employment, she learned patience and the importance of mutual respect for both parties by working with owners and pets alike. It was there she met Daniece Kern, who saw the potential within her to become an RBT. She is committed to working with all levels of neurodiverse children as well as utilizing her training and experience to be the best at being a voice for each client she engages.

Ashley Nova, RBT

Ashley Nova, RBT

Ashley Nova grew up in Las Vegas for 18 years and North Carolina for 3 ½ years. She is a musician, photographer, and weight lifts as hobbies. She attended Northwest Career and Technical Academy, where she majored in biotechnology sciences and sports medicine. Following her passion, she began pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at UNLV and has an anticipated graduation date of late 2024. She Plans on pursuing a doctorate and possibly minoring in ABA!

She was introduced to ABA by relatives and friends that have RBTs working with their children. She became passionate about making a difference, and ABA sparked that passion! She comes in so joyful which enables her to provide every child the most love and care they deserve!

Christina Ramos, RBT

Christina Ramos-Vazques, RBT

Christina grew up in El Monte, California. She has a beautiful daughter named Miranda Marie who is currently working as a dog groomer. She moved to Las Vegas in 2017 and married her husband, Louie.

Christina began working with adults with intellectual disabilities as a direct support staff for 11 years. She had been working and supporting her clients by going into the community to teach them skills by working with different volunteer sites that included Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity.

Christina was introduced to ABA therapy by a close friend and decided to change fields to become an RBT. This has allowed her to follow her passion for helping and caring for children by utilizing her extensive experiences working with the neurodiverse community.

Michael Stewart, RBT

Michael Stewart, RBT

Michael was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He began his work career at the age of 17 where he began in the warehousing industry. His experience over the next six years earned him respect for the work environment and the tenacity to enjoy learning new things in his environment.

After meeting up with one of his lifelong friends, he was introduced to the world of ABA and invited to investigate becoming an RBT. Due to the radical career shift, he was at first hesitant but soon learned how much he loved the rewarding work that would come from the ABA industry. He decided to make a career change and studied hard to become an RBT.

Soon after becoming certified, Michael realized that it was one of the best decisions he could have ever made. A quote he believes in is, “The world of ABA understands that all individuals should be treated as equal to those not on the spectrum.” He looks forward to coming into a caring work environment to be a part of the growth and improvement of the children that surround him.

Zona Stewart, RBT

Zona was born and raised in North Las Vegas, Nevada. She is currently working towards an associate’s degree where she had always thought about specializing in children’s counseling. When learning about behavioral therapy for children with autism, she immediately jumped at the opportunity by becoming an RBT. While working in the field, she fell in love with the positive improvements she has seen with children currently enrolled in the program and sees herself working within the behavioral profession from now and into the distant future.

Makaela Wilfong was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She passed her RBT test in July of 2022 and is a certified Registered Behavior Technician. She worked in a school as an Instructional Assistant in the Special Education department prior to becoming an RBT. Makaela is passionate about working with children who require behavior therapy and ABA. Some of Makaela’s hobbies include hiking, photography, design and music.
